How to Make an Order with Trillzo

Trillzo delivers beverages and snacks to Orlando hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals. Follow these steps to place an order online.

Step 1 — Browse packs or the shop

Start on the homepage or go straight to the Shop.

Popular packs:

• Arrival Pack — from $20 — great for check-in day
• Family Pack — from $35 — shareable stay snacks & drinks
• Park Day Pack — from $35 — cooler-friendly park essentials

Or add individual items (sodas, water, snacks, and more) from the shop.

Step 2 — Customize your pack or cart

On pack pages, use Customize to choose items and quantities that fit your stay. For individual products, click Add to cart. Review your cart before checkout.

Step 3 — Checkout

Enter:

1. Delivery address — hotel, resort, Airbnb/VRBO, or local residence
2. Guest / room details — name for the front desk, room number if room delivery is allowed
3. Delivery notes — gate codes, desk instructions, preferred contact method
4. Contact phone — so we can reach you about your order

Complete payment at checkout. Delivery fee (if any) appears before you pay.

Step 4 — Choose a delivery window

Select a delivery time that fits your plans. We aim for 60 minutes or less where available; availability depends on location and demand. Scheduled windows are offered at checkout when same-day slots are open.

Step 5 — We shop & deliver

After you order, we fulfill and deliver to your stay. Depending on property rules, we may:

• Deliver to your room (when the hotel allows it), or
• Leave the order at the front desk with your name and details, and notify you

You do not always need to be present — follow the drop-off options available for your address.

• Delivery fee: flat $6.99 on orders under $50 (shown at checkout)
• Orders $50 and over: free delivery
