Delivery Terms

These terms describe how Trillzo delivers beverages and snacks to Orlando vacation stays. By placing an order, you agree to the delivery practices below and to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Service area

Trillzo delivers within the Orlando, Florida area to hotels, resorts, Airbnbs / vacation rentals, and local residences where service is available.

Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability.

2. Delivery timing

We aim to deliver in 60 minutes or less where available. Timing depends on:

Your address and traffic
Order size and product availability
The delivery window you select at checkout
Peak demand (park open/close, holidays, weather)

Target: 60 minutes or less where available; your selected checkout window controls.

Scheduled delivery windows, when offered, are estimates—not hard SLAs.

3. Delivery fees

Delivery fees appear at checkout before payment. Orders under $50 include a $6.99 delivery fee. Orders of $50 or more get free delivery.

4. Where we leave your order

Hotel / resort: Room delivery when the property allows it; otherwise front desk drop-off with guest name and order details.
Vacation rental / Airbnb: Door / agreed safe place per your delivery notes and property rules.
Residence: Address provided at checkout.

You do not always need to be present. Provide accurate guest name, room/unit, and phone so we can complete drop-off and notify you.

5. Order accuracy & substitutions

We fulfill from available inventory. If something is unavailable, we will contact you when possible or refund the unavailable item.

6. Weather, closures & force majeure

Severe weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control may delay or cancel delivery. We will notify you and provide a refund or reschedule option for cancelled orders.
