Water and Grocery Delivery to Your Disney-Area Resort Hotel, Same Day

You’ve just checked in at a Disney-area resort hotel, and the first thing the room needs is water. Trillzo is an Orlando drink, snack and grocery-basics delivery store for hotel, resort and vacation-rental guests. You can get water, sports drinks, milk, juice and snacks brought to your Disney-area or Lake Buena Vista hotel the same day you order. Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less.

What you can get delivered to your resort hotel

• Water and hydration: cases and multi-packs of bottled water, plus sports drinks for hot park days. Browse water and hydration.
• Grocery basics for the room: milk, juice and kids’ drinks for breakfast in the room. See milk and juice.
• Snacks: salty snacks, cookies, nuts and chocolate for the room or a park bag. See snacks.
• Ready-made packs: the Arrival Pack for check-in day, the Park Day Pack for stocking up the night before a park day, and the Family Pack for a bigger group. You can customize your pack, and the price updates based on your selections.

Trillzo focuses on drinks, snacks and grocery basics. It isn’t a full supermarket, so plan on fresh produce and cooking ingredients coming from somewhere else.

How same-day water delivery to a Disney-area hotel works

1. Pick your items from the Shop or start with a pack.
2. Enter your hotel’s street address at checkout. Checkout confirms whether your address is in the delivery area.
3. Add the guest name on the reservation, your room number if you have it, and a phone number. Front desks match deliveries by guest name.
4. Add delivery notes, for example “leave with front desk” or how your property handles outside deliveries.
5. Choose a delivery window and pay. The delivery fee is a flat $6.99 on orders under $50, and delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. The fee is shown at checkout.

Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less. Exact arrival depends on your address, traffic, order size, product availability and peak times such as park opening and closing, holidays and weather. See Delivery Terms for details.

Room delivery or front desk?

Resorts handle outside deliveries in different ways, and Trillzo follows each property’s rules. If your hotel allows room delivery, we bring the order to your room. If it doesn’t, we leave it at the front desk with your guest name and order details and let you know it has arrived. Many resorts in the Walt Disney World area route outside deliveries through the front desk or bell services, so check with your hotel and add that to your delivery notes.

Trillzo delivers to your hotel, resort or rental address. We don’t deliver inside the theme parks.

Tips for a water run that fits your park plans

• Order on arrival day so water and breakfast drinks are in the room before your first morning.
• Order the evening before an early park day so you can pack bottles and snacks before you leave.
• Keep your phone on around the delivery time in case the desk or driver needs to confirm the drop-off.
• Staying in a vacation home instead? See delivery to Orlando vacation rentals and Airbnbs.
