Is my Disney-area stay in the delivery area?
Checkout confirms whether your hotel or rental address is in the Trillzo delivery area. See Delivery Terms for fee rules and coverage details. We deliver to your hotel or rental address. We do not deliver inside the theme parks.
How Disney-area delivery works
- Pick your items. Start with a pack or add individual drinks and snacks from the Shop.
- Enter your stay details. At checkout, add the hotel or rental address, the guest name the reservation is under, your room or unit number, and a phone number.
- Add delivery notes. Tell us how your property handles outside deliveries (for example “leave with front desk” or a gate code for a rental).
- Choose a delivery window that fits your plans, such as the evening before a park day.
- We deliver to your stay. If the property allows room delivery we bring it to your room; otherwise we leave it at the front desk with your name and order details and notify you.
On timing: Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less. Exact arrival time depends on your address, traffic, order size, product availability, peak demand (park opening and closing, holidays, weather) and the delivery window you pick at checkout. Tips for resort and hotel deliveries in Lake Buena Vista
- Use the exact name on the reservation. The front desk matches deliveries to the guest name.
- Check your property’s delivery policy. Many resorts send outside deliveries through the front desk, and policies vary by property. If you know your property’s process, add it in your delivery notes.
- Order the evening before an early park day. That way water and snacks are in your room before you leave in the morning.
- Keep your phone on. We use the number you give at checkout if we need to confirm the drop-off.

How do I know if you deliver to my Disney-area hotel or rental?

Can you deliver to my Disney resort room?
We deliver to your room when the property allows it. If it does not, we leave the order at the front desk with your name and order details and let you know.
Do you deliver inside the theme parks?
No. We deliver to your hotel, resort, vacation rental or residence address.
Do I need to be there when the order arrives?
Not always. Front desk handoff or your drop-off instructions mean you can be out at the parks. Give an accurate guest name, room or unit and phone number.
How much is delivery?

What if an item is out of stock?
We fill orders from available inventory. If something is unavailable we will contact you when possible or refund that item.
