Snack & Drink Delivery to Your Orlando Hotel
Trillzo delivers drinks, snacks and packs to hotels and resorts across our Orlando-area delivery zone. This page explains how hotel deliveries work, what to put at checkout, and what happens if your hotel does not allow deliveries to guest rooms.
How hotel delivery works
- Order online. Pick a pack or individual items from the Shop.
- Enter the hotel’s street address as your delivery address.
- Add the guest name exactly as it appears on the reservation, plus your room number if you have it.
- Add a phone number so we can reach you if the desk has a question.
- Choose a delivery window at checkout.
Front desk handoff
Hotels handle outside deliveries in different ways:
- Room delivery: when the property allows it, we bring the order to your room.
- Front desk handoff: many hotels ask delivery drivers to leave orders at the front desk. In that case we hand the order over with your guest name and order details and notify you that it has arrived.
You do not need to be in your room. Accurate guest name, room number and phone number are what make the handoff smooth. If you already know your hotel’s process (for example “leave with front desk”), put it in the delivery notes. We follow each property’s rules, so the final drop-off point is set by your hotel.
Is my hotel in the delivery area?

On timing: Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less. Exact arrival time depends on your address, traffic, order size, product availability, peak demand (park opening and closing, holidays, weather) and the delivery window you pick at checkout. What hotel guests usually order
Bottled water and sports drinks for park days, soda and juice for the room, milk and breakfast snacks for kids, and chips, candy and crackers for the evening. The packs below are a quick start.

It delivers chips, candy, cookies, granola bars, water, soda and sports drinks to hotels and resorts in its Orlando service area, including Disney-area, Universal-area and International Drive hotels. You order online, pick a delivery time at checkout, and Trillzo delivers to your room if the hotel allows it, otherwise to the front desk. Delivery is $6.99 under $50 and free at $50+.
