How delivery works on I-Drive and near Universal
- Choose drinks and snacks from a pack or the Shop: water, soda, sports drinks, juice, chips, candy and more.
- Add your lodging details at checkout: hotel or condo address, the guest name on the reservation, room or unit number, and a phone number.
- Leave clear delivery notes. Big I-Drive hotels and condo buildings often have a lobby or front desk or a gated entrance, so tell us what to expect.
- Pick a delivery window that works around your park hours.
- We drop it off. Room delivery when the property allows it; otherwise front desk handoff under your name, and we notify you.
On timing: Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less. Exact arrival time depends on your address, traffic, order size, product availability, peak demand (park opening and closing, holidays, weather) and the delivery window you pick at checkout. Scheduled windows are estimates. See Delivery Terms for details.
Good to know for this area
- Plan around park closing. Traffic and demand peak around park opening and closing, so ordering ahead with a scheduled window is the most predictable option.
- Condos and timeshares: include the building or tower name and unit number in your notes.
