Check-in day in Orlando usually means a flight or long drive, a wait at the front desk or a rental lockbox, and tired kids who want a drink right now. A little planning means your room or vacation home has the basics from the first hour. This check-in day stocking list covers the arrival-day essentials most hotel and vacation-rental guests want, matched to what you can order from Trillzo for delivery to your stay.
A quick note on scope: Trillzo is a snack and drink delivery store, not a full grocery service. The list below sticks to what’s actually in the Shop and the packs.
Before you order: three things to sort out
- Confirm your address is in the delivery zone. Trillzo serves select Orlando-area hotels, resorts and vacation rentals. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability. Delivery details are in Delivery Terms.
- Know your drop-off. At hotels, we deliver to your room when the property allows it. Otherwise we leave the order at the front desk with your guest name and order details and notify you. At rentals, we leave it at the door or agreed safe place in your notes. Details are in the Delivery Terms.
- Pick a window after check-in. Especially for vacation homes, choose a delivery window after your check-in time so nothing sits outside an empty house.
The check-in day stocking list
1. Water (start here)

Every Trillzo pack includes a 24-count of purified water, so if you order a pack you’re already covered. Browse the Water & Hydration category for more.

If your first park day is tomorrow, stock tonight.

- Powerade (Fruit Punch, Mountain Berry Blast), single bottles or 8 count
The Park Day Pack bundles water, Gatorade, Powerade, granola bars and trail mix in one order.

8. Cups for a group
Vacation rentals don’t always have enough glasses for everyone. Plastic Cups 50 count are in the shop and included in the Family Pack.
The shortcut: start with a pack
If you’d rather not build a cart item by item, one of the three vacation snack and drink packs covers most of this list:
- Arrival Pack: water, soda, energy drinks, chips, crackers, cookies and chocolate. A check-in day starter for a hotel room.
- Family Pack: water, milk, orange juice, kids’ juice drinks, cookies, crackers, variety chips and cups. Built for a family rental.
- Park Day Pack: water, sports drinks, granola bars and trail mix for the next morning.
Most pack items can be swapped on the pack page, and you can add extras from the Shop. Current pack prices are shown on each pack page and at checkout.
Timing your check-in day delivery
Trillzo delivers in 60 minutes or less. Exact arrival time depends on your address, traffic, order size, product availability, peak demand and the window you choose at checkout. Scheduled windows are estimates. Check-in afternoons can overlap with park closing traffic, so ordering ahead with a window is the most predictable option.
Orders over the free-delivery threshold in the Delivery Terms ship free. A pack plus a few extras can get you to free delivery.
Area tips
- Disney World and Lake Buena Vista: use the exact reservation name, since resorts often route deliveries through the front desk. See Disney-area delivery.
- Universal and International Drive: add the tower or building name for condos and big hotels. See I-Drive delivery.
- Kissimmee vacation homes and Airbnbs: add the gate code or gatehouse steps. See vacation rental delivery.
- Hotels anywhere in the zone: see Orlando hotel snack delivery.

Trillzo focuses on drinks and snacks, plus milk, juice and a few basics like cups. It isn’t a full grocery service.
What’s the minimum for free delivery?
The current threshold and fee are in the Delivery Terms, and the fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do I have to be there for delivery?
